I will be taking commissions for the forseeable future, even once I am reliably employed! I announce commission slot openings on Bluesky.

I have many methods of contact!

  • You can message my business Discord (aegannart)
  • I take sketch commissions on KoFi, especially during streams
  • My least preferred method is through social media platforms, but I can be contacted on Bluesky (@aegann) or on Tumblr (@aegann) if necessary.

Process

I will announce commission openings on my Twitter, Tumblr, and Ko-Fi pages. It will also be my status on my Discord accounts and Twitch when I stream!

I've opened a VGen account for those who do not want to email me directly. It's a website where you can directly message me through your own VGen account, similar to contacting me on a social media platform. My VGen is linked above.

You can contact me for a slot via email at aegannart@gmail.com, or through Discord at aegannart. Keep in mind that this Discord account is strictly for business, and only to convenience people who dislike using email.

Once you are able to contact me, I would like to hear your basic commission idea, so I am able to give you a price and accept your commission in my slots. Once accepted, I will let you know when I reach you in the queue. Until then, send me all of the commission details required to complete the work.When I am through my queue, I will ask for your PayPal email and send you an invoice. Once the invoice is paid, I will begin work.

I will send a rough sketch before polishing and finishing the piece, and I will send WIPs and ask questions as I see fit.I allow as many changes as necessary before inking/coloring, but please make sure you give me enough information to work with. Too little may slow down the commission process. Major late changes may incur additional fees to compensate for time spent.

Overall, the commission process should take about two weeks maximum. Once it’s been a month since payment, I will issue full refunds.

I’ll ask if I can stream work on the commission on Twitch, and if I can post it on social media once I’m finished! You can always opt to be anonymous.

Terms of Service

Payment

  • All payments are done via PayPal invoices or VGen commissions. I do not accept payment directly to my PayPal account.
  • I work at my own set hourly rates.
  • I reserve the right to reject any commission at any point for any reason. Refunds may be issued depending on the amount of work completed.
  • In case of emergency, I reserve the right to issue full refunds for unfinished work.
  • Listed prices are base prices. I will increase or decrease prices depending on complexity.

Content

  • I do not do work based on generative AI images.
  • My finished work is to not be used for generative AI images.
  • Sent reference images must not be sexually explicit, unless discussed prior.
  • Do not share work in progress images, unless discussed prior.
  • Do not profit from commissioned work, unless discussed prior.
  • Feel free to share completed work where you want, and make sure to credit me please!

Process

  • I send rough sketches before inking and/or coloring so that you can request major changes. Please keep in mind that changes are more difficult to make past this stage.
  • Major changes made during late-stage work may incur additional fees.
  • Do not contact me outside of my listed email and Discord for commission work, unless discussed prior.
  • I may cancel and offer refunds if work extends past a month, unless discussed prior.
  • Feel free to ask for updates.
  • By commissioning me, you agree that you have read and accept these terms of service.
